St. Timothy offers FREE Monthly Workshops for our Community
On the 1st Saturday or each month, St. Timothy will be hosting monthly workshops on subjects that will be of interest to our community!   Not just the St. Timothy community but Prestonwood, Champion Arbors, Highland Timbers and all our surrounding communities.  Invite your friends and neighbors and spread the word!

Healthy Meals for a Busy Life.  We all have a million things that make up our daily lives - school, work, homework, sports, church, hobbies, travel - so how exactly is a person supposed to prepare a nutritious meal at the end of a busy day?  This workshop is designed with the busy person in mind, sharing tips on advanced preparation and ideas for a variety of simple, healthy, quick and tasty meals for the entire family.  Offered by Katie Barckholtz, registered dietician and nutrition educator.
